Ministry Spotlight: Serve the Children, with Doug Collier

Bill and I went to Liberia in May for 2 weeks with 3 other team members. Serve the Children operates 3 schools in Liberia. We stayed at our Sinkor school while we were there. Four of us were involved in training pastors and laypeople at a pastors conference for two days in the capital city of Monrovia. We had about 60 pastors and lay people attend the conference. Bill spoke on discipleship and I spoke on the role of the deacon. At our schools we played with the kids, helped at the morning chapel and spent time with the staff. At our Civil Compound school, we handed out Bibles to each of our staff.
